They installed a complete boiler system six years ago, which has been very reliable, and I've used them for a few odd jobs since then. There were some teething problems with the boiler, due to manufacturer's fault, but they worked with the manufacturer to replace various parts of the boiler, and I've had no issues since then. They are always friendly and efficient.
Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, the engineer was quick to diagnose and repair my gas hob, and the whole process was completely transparent. I'd happily recommend Plumb London for their professionalism and efficiency.
Plumb London fitted my boiler several years ago and continue to provide excellent servicing each year. I had my boiler inspected yesterday and the engineer was prompt, friendly and efficient. I will definitely continue to employ their services.
Plumb London are a very pleasant company to deal with. They are helpful, keep one informed about what is happening and when and their timekeeping is excellent. They did a lovely job putting in new radiators. Definitely would use again.
Really pleased with the service from start to finish during my recent boiler installation and switch to a combi system. Nikola was brilliant the week beforehand trying to track down a leak in my old system - so thorough, patient and determined to get to the bottom of it, which I really appreciated. On the day of installation, Andrew, Nikola and Alex were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout a long day for them. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explain how everything works and make sure I was happy with everything before they left. They also left the house clean and tidy afterwards, which was appreciated. I was also really grateful for the flexibility around dates/times. I’m really happy with the new system and glad I chose Plumb London to do the work. Thanks again to all involved.
Excellent service. Very easy to book and Luke (gas engineer) was punctual, polite and gave me really clear explanations and answered my many questions, so I could make informed decisions about potential future boiler and shower changes. Would happily use again and recommend without hesitation. British Gas refused to repair the hot water cylinder pump due to restricted access but PlumbLondon sorted it all out promptly.
Great service overall! Posted a request on Check-A-Trade and received a response straight away from Plumb London. Communication was quick and easy we set up an appointment the same week for a bathroom tap change. Pricing was transparent. Brandon turned up on time and was very polite. Gave some great advice and recommendations on my second query which I will follow up on with the team.
