No pricing transparency, charged me for 2 engineers when only 1 came, messy work with terrible communication. Would not recommend unless you want to spend a lot for poor quality

Had a new boiler fitted by Veer,. Worcester Bosch combi came with 10 years warranty, was the best quote out of 5 I had. Would recommend and use again thanks.

Had an emergency leak from a tap. Got in touch and they responded quickly and replaced the tap. Good communication all the way through!

Quick honest workers and we had an issue arise months later . Came back and fixed free of charge and quickly. No empty promises like others in my experience.

Had veer put new bath taps on wasn’t easy job but he sorted it great job! He was polite friendly and punctual definitely will use him in future lovely guy Thanku

Needed an emergency job doing as I had a water leak upstairs. Called this number and within a few minutes I was able to send pictures of the problem. A couple of hours later the problem was solved. Emergency call out so wasn't cheap but I had rang around a few places before and he was very competitive, great job and really nice bloke! Am already planning on getting him back to do some less urgent jobs.

First visit, hour charged, was alright, something what seemed to be issue was sorted, second visit (5minutes after first one, and another hour charged) was also good, pretty efficient in stopping the leak, then there meant to be third visit to fix the cause of the problem, but plumber didn’t turn up next day, day after he texted he would turn up next day around lunchtime, so next day, way after lunchtime, 4th day without central heating, I got someone else who came and fixed the pipe. Three days later I received text message from plumber I am reviewing here, asking if I still need help. So after being charged for 2 hours of emergency service and potentially 6 days without central heating, plumber kindly managed to find minute to text message. I do not recommend
