It was with some consternation that I found that I had put an incorrect date in my diary for my next service. However, I need not have worried because it was arranged for. Ben to come instead. He arrived in about half an hour of my telephone call and carried out my service calmly and efficiently. Thank you Ben for coming to my rescue.

Safe Gas replaced my boiler last year (and I will use them to service the new boiler), and more recently Sam came to troubleshoot a possible leak in the bathroom. All engineers have been extremely professional and courteous, and have done an excellent job. All members of the office team I have spoken to over the phone could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Gas!

An excellent boiler replacement. They arrived bright and early, worked hard all day and finished the replacement by 4pm. All tidy and clean afterwards and a good explanation of the new boiler and thermostat. A really well organised company, including the initial diagnostic of the leaking boiler, prompt e-quote, easy payment system and registration of the boiler for me. I have used this company since 2012 when they last replaced my boiler and am always very happy with their work. Highly recommended.

After being let down by the co. our insurance company sent, we were in a bad situation with no heating or hot water for over a week. Mark and team were able to come on a same day callout and we had a brand new boiler fitted two days later. Upon finding a small issue with a radiator post installation, they sent someone out within an hour. We really appreciated the efficiency, transparency and communication with Safe Gas and highly recommend! Our new boiler is soooo quiet it takes some getting used to not hearing the rattling of the boiler and radiators! Thanks again
