Used Usman on several occasions. Initially for boiler replacement where he installed a valiant boiler. Since then have used him for yearly boiler inspections and other smaller boiler issues.

Fantastic service! Replied immediately to understand the issues, asked for photos and videos to help assess the situation. Usman visited and diagnosed the fault. Within 48 hours of diagnosing Usman revisited and installed a brand new Megaflo hot water cylinder. I’m really pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Usman is a hard working engineer. He has been really helpful and very professional on two separate jobs he did for us. He has gone the extra mile and really dug us out of a tricky situation this winter by replacing our boiler with very little notice. I would recommend him highly.
