Had an issue with our hot water tank - Michael was very helpful from the start and answered all our questions. Also was able to come and fix the issue quite quickly and actually explain in detail what was causing the issue. Great job, Highly recommended.

Rapid response to a water leak at 1.00am, excellent service and communication. Provided us with suction equipment for water too. Price £ very reasonable for call out charge and fitting cost. I would strongly recommend this company.

Very quick and whilst the issue is the roof they diverted the leak away from the light fittings to keep safe

I called out Jacob from urgent plumbing and heating late hours in the night for a tap that was constantly running and he came within minutes and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently within no time. He was happy and smiling and gave customer service and was very considerate I will highly recommend him to anyone. Jacob is the way to go

Very happy! The overflowing boiler pipe has been finally fixed! I had numerous visits from Baxi engineers who couldn't fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Can't thank Urgent Plumbing & Heating enough! We had a leak that came through our smoke alarm, setting it off in the early hours of the morning, and an emergency plumber came round within 15 minutes to help. Thankfully it turned out the leak was coming from a radiator upstairs and the plumbers were able to get it all fixed within a day. Really happy with the super quick service and all the advice and help we were given!
