Across Birchgrove and the wider Cardiff area, A.T Heating & Plumbing has built a strong reputation through the work of Alex, whose name features prominently in customer accounts. Several reviewers describe boiler replacements carried out promptly after an initial assessment, with new units often fitted within days of the first visit. A recurring theme is the clarity of the advice given: customers mention being presented with honest explanations of why a replacement is preferable to a repair, alongside upfront options covering different models and prices.

Punctuality and efficiency come up often, with Alex and his colleague arriving when expected and completing installations without delay. Reviewers also highlight the standard of the finished work, describing neat pipework, careful attention to detail and a tidy site once the job is done. Beyond boiler installation, feedback covers servicing, radiator replacement and the fitting of additional radiators and a mixer shower, as well as checks that heating and hot water are running correctly afterwards. Communication before, during and after each visit is repeatedly praised, and the same customers return for annual servicing, which suggests a level of trust built over repeat engagements.
