Review is long overdue. Great service. Jake was able to fit in our repair the next day and at a time convenient to us. Once here they were able to get our boiler up and running in about an hour, and sourced replacement parts at a very reasonable price. Also replaced a damaged join in our pipes for no extra charge. Highly recommended.

Jake was recommended to us by a previous tradesman we'd used. He came to our house (NP20) to do a survey/quote re our heating system and radiator issues. He found the fault and remedied it in less than 30 mins. He also advised us on how our house was zonally temperature controlled and how we could run our heating system more energy efficiently. Jake was very knowledgeable within his field, both polite and friendly. Communication of ETA and explanation of his findings during his visit were clear and simplified. I would absolutely recommend Jake. There was no charge for the visit and no add on hard sell. We are having him back soon to replace our wall mounted temperature control units - our decision. The quote given was very fair and competitive. Appreciate the time given to us already and on a Sunday! Big thank you Jake.👍
