A company which has refitted my kitchen sent Dylan to my home to plumb-in 2 sinks and a new radiator. Dylan is an excellent, hardworking engineer. I liked his quiet, competent manner who, after fitting in the new radiator, balanced the whole heating system to make all the radiators in my home work better than ever before. I am so impressed! 👏. I rang the office and spoke to Jordan who was helpful and efficient and discussed Annual Boiler Service options with me. He then sent me details on my mobile phone to help me choose. Our Worcester Bosch boiler was 21 years old and still worked, but was noisy and starting to develop faults. We looked at possible replacements and fitters and noted that AB Plumbing was local, had good reviews and is also a Which? Trusted Trader. After getting alternative quotes from good tradesman, we decided to have AB Plumbing do the work. Adam, the Proprietor, gave us good advice and a quote which we accepted. The administrator, Jordan, was very pleasant and easy to work with and has steered us through the work. The designated fitter was Dylan and he worked hard, quietly and efficiently, starting in very hot weather. He was considerate and thoughtful, and managed to complete not only a good installation, but also his plumbing was very neat and tidy. We have used AB Plumbing & Heating for smaller jobs in the past and we have no hesitation in recommending them for larger jobs as well. We would use them again.

This was my first time of using AB Plumbing and Heating, they will now be my go to company for any work in future. From first contact to completion of the job they were just brilliant, very courteous, polite, hard working and very reasonably priced. A special thank you to Ethan who had to work in unbearable heat and put up with me calling him Steve all day, also to Jordan from the office.

Andy was great, quickly assessed the problem over the phone, then came as arranged to do the repair. The repair was for a kitchen tap which had been fitted as new just over 4 years ago in a Barratt house. It was poor quality and other faults were evident, it had to replaced. Andy did a temporary repair on the tap and then replaced the tap a few days later. Andy was helpful, professional and very efficient. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you for your help Andy.

Our boiler (A Worcester Bosch) was installed by AB Plumbing & Heating two years ago. The space for the boiler was a bit awkward but they made a very neat job of it. They also installed a new radiator in one of the bedrooms and redirected hot water to the attic bedroom. All the work was done very neatly and quickly. Everything works very well. The have been to service the boiler twice and each time the work has been done without fuss, quickly and politely. This time the engineer also added inhibitor to the system as the level of inhibitor had become ineffective. All good, many thanks.

Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. New boiler fitted in day, made sure carpets protected and tidied up. Answered all questions and made sure we understood how to use controls. Great job fitting new boiler, will definitely recommend.
