Really pleased with the service. The plumber arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet, and had it repaired in no time. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Iβd happily use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Excellent service from Ben. He responded quickly, arrived when promised, identified the leak straight away and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was his honesty, he could easily have replaced the part and charged around Β£60, but instead gave genuine advice and recommended the best course of action and even helped out. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even recommended someone for another job we need doing. Canβt recommend him highly enough.
I know Ben through my brother, and I just want to say how much I appreciate Ben's honesty and work ethic. I called Ben after being turned down by British gas, Ben saved me from paying a lot of money on repairs and potentially a new boiler after british gas kept letting me down. Ben encouraged me to put up a fight with British gas which did eventually result in them fixing it. I was in a difficult situation where Ben showed his true work and ethical manners and I wish we had more people like this. Ben in the past has also recomended me other workers who were also great. If you're looking for someone who knows their job. Who is honest and reliable Ben is the person to go to. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you again Ben.
Had a tap replaced and it turned out to be a difficult job, but it was handled really well. The work was completed to a high standard and everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommend. They also service my boiler and always provide great service.
