Belmont Plumbing Services gave me one of the worst service experiences ever. Their work was completely unprofessional and disappointing. The plumber arrived very late and behaved carelessly the entire time. It honestly looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. They charged an insanely high amount for a tiny plumbing issue. Even after taking so much money, the problem was not fixed properly. Within a short time, the same leakage started again. Their repair work was cheap, rushed, and unreliable. The staff attitude was rude and disrespectful. Customer service was absolutely useless whenever I tried to complain. Instead of solving the issue, they kept making excuses. This company seems more interested in money than customer satisfaction. The plumber left the place dirty and messy after the work. No professionalism, no proper communication, and no responsibility at all. I completely regret hiring Belmont Plumbing Services. Their service quality is terrible and not worth the price. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful. I felt like my money was wasted on useless work. The repair looked careless and badly done from the start. I would never trust this company again for any plumbing work. There are much better and more honest plumbing services available. Belmont Plumbing Services seriously needs to improve its standards. The workers seemed inexperienced and irresponsible. The company ignored my complaints and failed to provide proper support. Everything about this experience was disappointing. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company. Their service was unreliable, overpriced, and poorly managed. This was a complete waste of time and money. I expected professional work but received low-quality service instead. Overall, Belmont Plumbing Services delivered a horrible customer experience.

I had an excellent experience. It was easy to book someone (Phillip who was awesome) to come out and sort my faulty shower drain. During my initial phone call and during the repair process I was kept informed and so I was able to make decisions about what was needed. Also I was informed about the price to go with said work before it was done which meant I didn't get any expensive surprises which was awesome. I also got info about looking after my drain with proper cleaning stuff. Very good service and I will use again if I need to.

Excellent service! We are a business in central Belfast and discovered our gents toilet cistern was leaking, and also into the floor below. One call, a bit of info, and the fella was here in 15 mins. Found the problem, fixed it, all sorted. Its not cheap for any emergency tradesperson, but as far as we're concerned its better to pay emergency call out rate, than wait, and have an issue x100 worse the next day. Highly recommended! Brilliant service from start to finish. Needed help with a broken tap and they fixed it quickly with no fuss. Great communication, reasonable pricing, and a really pleasant plumber. Highly recommend!
