Combined Services Plumbing & Heating

Combined Services Plumbing & Heating was formed in 1980 and is a Mechanical Services and facility Management Contractor. It has completed works in England and the Republic of Ireland, and has been serving the Belfast area for over 20 years. The company takes contracts from design through to completion and follow-up maintenance.

It provides property management services and integrated solutions. Its team members are qualified and certified, and undergo regular training. Plumbing solutions include shower installations, bathroom refurbishment, plumbing leaks, blocked sinks and toilets, overflows from tanks, water tap repairs, and radiator repairs.

Central heating work and general plumbing form the backbone of what customers describe, with Paul named repeatedly as the skilled professional behind most jobs. Several reviewers highlight his reliability and punctuality, noting that he responds promptly to requests and turns up when promised, including a same-day visit during December when a property had no heat and radiator valves needed attention. Clear quoting and fair pricing come up often, with one customer mentioning the cost of a sink leak and dripping tap repair, and another noting that unnecessary works were avoided, saving money.

Communication stands out too, with progress updates given throughout an office conversion completed to a tight deadline. Reviews time and again mention the quality of the finished result, from a full heating system redo in a new house to refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms across a large property portfolio handled over several years. Emergencies at short notice, honesty, tidiness and sound advice on building matters all feature, along with a friendly manner that keeps customers returning for plumbing and heating problems in their restaurants and homes.
