The engineer that came out called Simon was very professional and I couldn’t be more thankful as he came out after 5pm on a Friday evening He solved a problem that no one else could seem to solve took him just under an hour was very well mannered and very professional explaining our options and what they mean Really appreciate his work

Nick Fellows came to inspect the drains at our property in Halesowen. He put the camera down the drain and identified the problem. He removed the blockage and explained all his findings. Very professional and a job well done. A credit to your company

Engineer called Cameron came out to my moms house yesterday afternoon reassured her he would have got the job done which he did correctly fast and professionally so thank you very much to him she is very grateful!!

I would give zero if I could. Absolutely useless, no one has any idea what the other is doing. Zero communication unless we called. Cancelled multiple times but didn’t think to let anyone know. They quoted two days and did it in half a day (after sitting in the van all morning) and actually made the pipework wonky. I know they have some good reviews, but I wouldn’t waste your money and would go somewhere else.

Attended my property, paid in full with assurance that would be refunded minus the call out if drain couldn’t be unblocked. Engineer equipment battery ran out 40 mins in to an hour long appointment and said office will call to process refund. This was 3 weeks ago now, despite several calls and emails to Sharon the manager. I’ve not had a call back, a response to my email or a refund. So broken promises and very poor service.

Engineers Wez (aka mush) and shane...fanatastic guys...came out today 12/10/2025 at 9ish. Know there job very well. After 3 days without a toilet...these guys managed to find out the blockage. Polite..clean...and explained everything to me. Reasurred me that they get it done asap for my disabled mum to use the downstairs toilet. Pls come back to fix it. We need more guys like you. Hopefully see you guys tomorow...so u guys can attack the roots that are causing the blockage. Riffat Update 28/10/2025 P.s. after 3 weeks didnt see shane or wez. Still had the same problem. Until logaan turned up. All credit goes to him. He was determined to find the blockage and sort it. He went above and beyond for my mum...even going to the get her a kamode to use...instead of the low box thing...which she couldnt stand up from coz of her arthiritis. Logaan (sorry if i spelt this wrong) but thank you so much. Honestly if it wasnt for your determination and push this wouldnt have been sorted. We need more guys like you out there. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
