This company is a must!! Jamie and Craig have shown consistent and clear communication which goes above and beyond throughout. They have helped with a house purchase where issues had come up on the drains, they not only were thorough but explained everything throughout whilst thinking of the best, most practical and cost effective solution. Jamie went beyond his role in communicating between myself and the seller but we got a good outcome. The final work also has been neat and care taken to restore the garden and paving back to how it was. We had a soakaway installed also and they re-turfed to ensure that no damage was made.
Excellent service from Jamie! Called at 9am about a problem at my elderly parents house. Job was done by 10:30. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Excellent service every time. I've had camera surveys getting planning permission and a drain repair from Jamie and Craig at Cofton Drainage & Jetting Services since 2024 and they've been brilliant every time they've come to the house. Flexible and efficient, great clear reports and all delivered with a good working attitude too,. Highly recommended (B12)
Called first thing this morning and Jamie came out within the hour. Drains unblocked and brilliant advice and knowledge going forward. Definitely recommend for the South Birmingham area. Fantastic service, cheers Jamie.
Really professional service. Craig was very helpful and kept in regular contact throughout the job. Highly recommended.
Craig and his team are THE BEST! We needed a CCTV drainage survey done within a short timeframe, and Craig was able to fit us in at short notice and turn the report around quickly. He updated us at every stage of the process and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay on our end. I had called multiple surveyors before deciding to go with Cofton. Not only do they have super reasonable prices, but they are experts in what they do. I highly recommend!
Rarely these days can you fully trust a tradesperson. Cofton Drainage were thorough, sensible, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent camera survey and sensible repair. Highly recommended
