If I can I'll put more than 5 stars* to Ian, engineer who repaired my boiler and leaking tanks. Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, polite and honest gentleman. Great communication and he explained everything throughout the process. Would definitely use again x
Rang Ian Monday afternoon with boiler issue, arranged to visit Tuesday morning, Ian arrived 9am prompt to diagnose issue with boiler and repaired the boiler the same day, very professional talked me through the issue, very tidy and clean couldnt fault, would definitely recommend Ian.
3 Boiler engineers failed on this job and then this guy turns up!!! Diagnosed problem within 5 minutes, ordered part, fitted it and serviced the boiler. Communication & Customer service was outstanding too! Very rare nowadays to meet someone so professional and reliable. 100% recommend to everyone.
My usual plumber couldn’t repair my boiler for 3 days so I called Ian from boiler repairs at 11am and he came round at 12pm.spent just over an hour job done.Really professional guy and very friendly and I would no hesitation in recommending him and his company to anyone 👍
Ian came out at short notice on December 28th to fix our leaking boiler. Despite it being a Sunday over the holiday period and Ian not feeling well. Ian was professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you need your boiler repairing or plumbing services.
Called Ian as my boiler would not come on, I explained the issue and he came around the same day to check what was needed to fix my boiler. He ordered the part straight away and came the next day to install it. The boiler works great again now, can’t thanks Ian enough. Would highly recommend Ian and will be using him again. Thanks mate
