Brennan & Son

Brennan & Son is a family plumbing and heating business serving Southampton since 1985. It was founded in 1985 by Derek Brennan, who became Corgi registered in 1985. Both of Derek Brennan's sons, Justin and Demian, worked for him after leaving school. Justin's wife Sarah joined the company in 2002. Justin left his computing career five years after Sarah joined to help the family business expand. Justin was a Microsoft Certified computer engineer before entering plumbing. Sarah is the office manager and spent a decade working for an international cleaning company before joining the family firm.

Demian has been with Brennan & Son all his working life. Akbar worked for many years as a British Gas service engineer before joining the team. Brent was working on LPG boilers in mobile homes before joining the company. Karl is a gas engineer and plumber. Amaan did his plumbing apprenticeship with the company to become a gas engineer. Ellis started with the company from sixth form and undertook a full time plumbing course at College. Ellis is continuing with his NVQ3 apprenticeship to gas qualification. Luke completed his plumbing apprenticeship with the company to be gas qualified.

Heather rejoined Brennan & Son with an administration apprenticeship and started her plumbing apprenticeship in 2025. Heather is the daughter of Sarah and Justin, the third generation Brennan in the business. Skye is a member of the admin team and the daughter of Sarah and Justin, the third generation Brennan in the business. Diamond has trained to use Sage and Xero with the company.
