Very poor. Promised a 3 hour callout and the needed chasing with no correspondence. Then just sends a message to say “sorry can’t make it anymore, somethings come up”

Found zak very professional and knowledgeable. Drian was blocked and all 4 neighbour houses were struggling. Found him available on the emergency call and provided us best support on the same day. He carried out entire work with not a single drop of mess then cleared and cleaned rest of drain pots with no extra cost. Highly recommended and I have happily shared his details among my friends and colleagues. Very good in price and quality service. Thank you very much 😊
