Debbie was absolutely brilliant. She communicated really well in organising her visit. She arrived when she said she was going to. She ensured no mess was transferred into the property. She cleaned up all the overflow from the blockage. She dealt with difficult access extremely well. She solved the blockage issue and provided ongoing advice. In a nutshell, she was professional, friendly, and excellent value for money.

I contacted Debbie about an on going blocked drain. She arranged to call out the following day which was so prompt and reassuring. Debbie located and accessed a drain that we didn’t know about at our new property, to fix the blockage. She is so professional and thorough and got so much done in the time.
