Paul came out and fixed my drain issue in record time despite all the unrest on the roads. Friendly, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much Paul and safe home.
Paul and Andrew did an excellent job, very pleasant to deal with and they fixed what 4 other plumbers couldn’t here so 👌😎 Top blokes, would recommend 🏡🤓
Would give more stars if I could. Andrew and Paul did an excellent job of clearing our drains. They resolved our issue promptly from first contact with Michael. Friendly and professional service and fair pricing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Paul from Metro Rod, Belfast, provided an excellent service clearing our blocked drain. He was calm, professional, and overall excellent. He resolved the problem we had with a great attitude and made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. I will certainly be a returning customer should I ever need assistance again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic service from Paul (and later Andrew). Very thorough. Listened to the problem and then set about sorting it, through investigations and cameras. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic company, very reasonable and brilliant service. Very quick to come out and unblock my foul drain. Paul was lovely and so thorough, even cleaning up before leaving so my driveway looks perfect. Would highly recommend.
Passionate professional Perfection from Paul today. I did have another drainage company arrive at my property two hours before Paul did and I’m not going to say they didn’t help. They did try however I was left feeling quite disappointed because my problems with my drainage have been going on for nearly 9 weeks when Paul arrived, he arrived with gusto and I just couldn’t believe How professional and had such passion to get the job done my word he kept going and he kept going until the job was complete. I would give this company a six star review if there was such a review especially Paul who’s an absolute gentleman a grater and a perfectionist with a passion for a job anyone can clearly see he absolutely loves and they do so when you love what you do, it’s not a job, thank you everyone especially you, Paul .
