Excellent service, we would highly recommend this company. We called them out on a Saturday to clear a blocked drain, and Ozzy was here within the hour. Very professional, friendly and thorough job delivered by Ozzy this morning. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The kitchen sink drain was badly blocked, but he took the time to properly investigate the issue, clear the pipes thoroughly and make sure everything was flowing perfectly before leaving. He was extremely tidy, respectful of the house and explained what had caused the problem, along with helpful advice on how to prevent it happening again. I can’t recommend Ozzy from Eco Rod highly enough! He came out quickly, was really friendly, and offered a great price. He sorted the blocked drain and flushed the whole system through. After a while, he realised there was actually another blockage further down the line. Instead of just leaving after clearing the first blockage (which many people probably would have done), he went next door, found the second blockage, and made sure the whole issue was properly fixed. He was very informative throughout, explained everything clearly, cleaned up after himself, and left no mess at all. We now have clean drains, no horrible smells, and everything is working perfectly.
