The company provides emergency plumbing services. It carries out commercial work. EcoFlow Plumbing Services installs boilers and removes old hot water tanks.

Rapid responses to urgent problems run through the feedback for this Newcastle upon Tyne plumbing business, where Joe is named again and again for arriving quickly and staying calm. Burst pipes, water coming through ceilings and leaking sink pipes are all dealt with at short notice, with several customers describing how the flow was stopped and the cause explained. More than one review highlights that completed work looks neat, whether radiators have been fitted, pipework moved for a new kitchen, a bathroom installed or an old cylinder water heater swapped for a modern replacement.

Tidiness comes up often: rubbish is taken away, surfaces are left clean and isolators are added so future problems are easier to manage. Charges are described as fair and reasonable, and estimates are produced without delay. Communication is valued too, from advice given during a job to a walkthrough of new equipment once it is running. Customers find Joe friendly, polite and honest, and those using the firm for commercial premises note that agreed dates are honoured. Boiler repairs, central heating services and general plumbing work all appear in the accounts.
