Didn’t try and go for the most expensive option like other companies would push for and instead diagnosed the issue immediately and did what he could to fix it without having to cut holes in the ceiling. Leak has now stopped and we’ve avoided a costly repair would highly recommend to anyone definitely a trustworthy company!
Contacted Liam on a Saturday and informed him of a leak on our washing machine inlet hose. On Monday morning he replaced the hose and inlet valve and altered some pipework so the new hose doesn't kink. Fantastic quick response to sorting and repairing our leak problem. Would highly recommend and will contact Liam again for any future plumbing needs.
I needed my boiler serviced after moving house and it turned out there was an unusual problem with one of the parts, which meant the boiler was unsafe to use. Liam and Richard were fantastic - they arranged to complete the repairs within 48 hours for a great price, and were friendly and approachable throughout. Thanks so much guys!
Really impressed with the professionalism of Liam. We needed some parts replacing in our toilet. He was able to identify the problem quickly through shared photos and was able to promptly undertake the work in a very efficient manner. Overall, I cannot recommend him highly enough
Messaged a plummer when i moved in to my new house. It wasn't an emergency so we scheduled for 3 week from the time i called. I told them about my boiler issue, my leak under the sink and my Washing machine needed plumbed in. He came with another man, the man who came with refused to even say hello. I asked them to plum the washing machine in to the washing machine drain, he replied with you don't have one. He spoke about me in my own kitchen like i was an idiot to his buddy. I then showed him. He said its too late he already plumed in to the UBend. Ubend hand a leak that even though i showed him 3 week prior and was one of the 3 jobs but he never fixed it but i assume i paid for it. He said it was going to be £100 because he wanted to save me money. I didnt ask to be saved money, i asked for it to be fixed. I asked him about my boiler and he said he couldn't do and he would send someone else in a week. So i waited 3 weeks to have to wait another week. The boiler man he sent was lush, but he was a completely different company so should have got his number. Spoke with a few trades men in the local area and he isnt well rated amongst them. Was never going to post the review but he never fixed the leak and i found loads of damage to my kitchen when i moved the clean stuff to clean under the sink.
Called about non emergency toilet issue and managed to fit in the next day. Shared photos after initial call so they could check stock and came out next day and sorted the issue. Thought would be a challenge as toilet is blocked in by a wall that has been tiled limiting access to it, but they worked around that and fixed the issue without having to create any additional access. Quick, efficient and easy - would def recommend.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, quick reply from Liam on booking our boiler service, communicated very well. On day of our service it was very quick and efficient. And received our certificate almost immediately. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
