The actual plumber Sam was very personable and seemed to do a good job with fixing the pipes. However the communication with the head office on arrival times and the job itself was very poor - no indications of ETAs, repeated and long delays and no response to texts (conversely, they aggressively sent a barrage of texts and calls as soon as they sent an invoice wanting immediate payment). The also did not leave the floorboards as they were before, causing an extra cost.

Itβs hard to find reliable help during off-hours, but this emergency plumber service exceeded all expectations.
