Emergency Plumbers

DO NOT USE!!!!!! I would put zero stars if it allowed a total rip off and taking advantage of a crisis. I accepted the £199 call out as my house was flooding from under the kitchen sink. I was advised labour and parts would be on top. By the time the plumber arrived they said it would £600 he showed me on his phone. I said how do you know without even looking at the issue and that I would cancel as I couldn’t afford this. They said they would lower it to £300. No parts were needed and the labour consisted of turning off the mains water in the street and literally 2 mins under the sink. The end charge was £399. Appalling charge for 5 minutes work.

I contacted this company for water leaking to downstairs flat, he told me almost £200, for emergency, so I agreed, young man came and told us where the leak was, no work was done and then when ready to pay he said £399, I told him that was not what was quoted and I was not paying. eventually the young man spoke to the original one back and forward and got the payment to the original quote. So beware of this company, and when on phone use a tape machine to confirm price ect. young man said he only worked sub contract for this company, and did not want involved in their payments., he seemed genuine.

The garbage disposal jammed every time I used it The plumber fixed the blades and reset the unit It grinds smoothly again and makes cleanup easy

The water heater wouldn’t stay hot The plumber replaced the heating element and flushed the tank It works better than ever and showers feel great again

My outdoor spigot was leaking constantly and wasting a lot of water The plumber replaced the valve and tightened the entire fixture He also checked for leaks in nearby connections to make sure everything was secure The spigot is now working perfectly and no water is being lost

The kitchen faucet handle broke and left me unable to control the water A plumber came the same day and installed a sturdy replacement He tested the pressure and temperature to make sure it was balanced The faucet works smoothly now and looks great

My toilet made loud whistling noises after flushing A plumber quickly identified a worn fill valve and replaced it with a new one He tested the toilet several times to ensure it worked quietly The problem is gone and the toilet feels brand new again
