Excellent service from start to finish and so quickly. From making the appointment with Nichola who took my details and explained payment in a friendly and competent manner , to the arrival of Mark, the whole process took less than two hours. The cost was more than reasonable. Mark is a total professional and I will have no hesitation in using his services again and will certainly recommend to friends and family . I would give 10 stars if I could.

Thank you Emergencyman Plumber for coming out on a Sunday to help us urgently sort out a blocked bath and kitchen pipes in a flat. Julie was very clear on the phone on what we should expect, how much it will cost and confirmed with us several times to check we understood everything. She also made sure Mark the plumber called us back to confirm details of the issue. Mark then came round within 30mins and sorted the problem out quickly and without any fuss. Mark was very friendly, kind, professional and very respectful of the property. Without Mark and Julie, we won't be able to use the bath or kitchen for the whole weekend!
