Booked to repair my boiler which was leaking. Sten offered me an appointment straight away. After repairing the leak the water pressure was low due to lack of servicing. Thanks to Stefan I now have a leak free boiler and it’s working like new. A true professional he explained the process as he repaired so I would understand what he did and why. We’d been having ongoing issues with the water intake of our washing machine, and Stefan was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He also managed to visit at very short notice, which we really appreciated. We would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs—highly recommended!

Just a wonderful guy. Turned up and recognised the problem with the boiler so quickly and was able to resolve it with no dramas what so ever. Was punctual, polite and cleaned up after he departed. Will be calling on his services again if we ever have anther issue

I cannot rate Stefan high enough for his outstanding professionalism and promptness in solving a number of plumbing issues at my mum's home, over the last few years. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he has gone above and beyond with every job.

Stefan is fantastic. He was able to get out to us on the same day and correctly identified the cause of a leak which was coming through our ceiling andhad been misdiagnosed by a different plumber.
