Dan came out at short notice and fixed our issue with the boiler very quickly. Even managed to bring parts with him as was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. great service, clean tidy efficient.

I had an excellent experience with Daniel from start to finish. I emailed late on Friday 27th February while searching for reputable local engineers and found him through the Vaillant website. Despite it being the weekend, he replied early Saturday morning and even came over that afternoon to inspect my broken boiler and gather everything needed for a quote. By 7pm the same day, I had a clear and detailed quotation. Daniel was incredibly respectful throughout — he took his shoes off at the door without being asked, communicated clearly, and never made me feel rushed. After receiving the quote, I realised I hadn’t asked about TRVs. Daniel responded instantly and offered to install five TRVs at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. Between receiving the quote on 28th February and the installation date on 4th March, Daniel answered every question I had about the boiler and the installation process. He was polite, calm, responsive, and knowledgeable, which made choosing him as my installer an easy decision. On the day of installation, Daniel arrived on time at around 8:30am and worked through to about 6pm. After two weeks without hot water, we were so relieved to finally have everything working again. The installation was tidy, professional, and completed to a very high standard. Overall, Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. His respectful manner, expertise, and clear communication made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. I feel confident relying on him for future work, and I’ll be using him for all my heating and plumbing needs going forward. I’ll also be recommending him to friends and family.
