I phoned up and spoke with a friendly lady named Gurpreet, who was incredibly helpful and managed to fit us in for a same-day appointment.The engineer, Mike, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the fault. He replaced the faulty part efficiently and was very polite and respectful throughout his visit. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend this heating company.
