Two weeks since the installation of a Valliant boiler and smart controls by the team at Heat Knights and I couldn't be happier - given the exceptional speed and engagement experienced from the very first phone call till the end of the job. After a desperate call to replace a failing boiler ASAP, the guys - despite being booked up - were able to cultivate time to get it sorted within 24 hours. Simon’s communication was A1 and on-point, responding instantly and proactively with any query I had throughout the process with a level of transparency that I had not experienced in a long time - if not ever! Kevin the engineer on site, handled the boiler installation and tricky flue installation that ran along the top of my bedroom with expertise and aplomb. I seldomly leave reviews, but I must say,, these guys deserve to be an exception. Highly recommend.
It's always worrying when something suddenly goes wrong with your gas, but Simon was fantastic. Even though he was extremely busy, he responded quickly and solved our problem in no time. Exceptional service, a great job, and very reasonably priced. We really can't thank Simon and the team enough.
They did the job well enough, easy to get hold of etc but it was expensive. Really this is based mainly on the £149 an hour call out rate which can quickly add up to a hefty bill. They don’t give you any warning that the price is likely to be significant so make sure you ask for a quote.
