Udo was able to get to me super fast, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my boiler (that had been mis-diagnosed by another company), and was even able to re-assemble the boiler cabinet that had been ripped out by the previous plumber. Udo was polite, friendly and knowledgeable - Iβll be using him again for any future plumbing/boiler jobs and would 100% recommend him. Thanks!
Udo and his wonderful team installed a new boiler for us. They were tidy, polite, courteous and took time to demonstrate how to use the new controls. I would recommend them without hesitation.
The engineer did a fantastic job installing the secondary Emergency Control Valve in my apartment, ensuring it was both easily accessible and fully compliant with safety standards. The engineer was extremely professional, taking the time to explain the new layout and testing the entire system thoroughly before leaving. I really appreciated their efficiency and the clean, tidy manner in which he completed the installation.
Excellent organisation. Udo was a true expert. Replaced an underfloor heating pump and recalibrated radiators. We had messaged about issue beforehand so Udo arrived prepared which minimised work and cost. Cannot recommend him enough.
