Where do I start. Just wow! So professional. His rapport building with his job is out of this world. Came on two occasions to make sure job is done and everything working fine. I had issues with my heating and water for a few days and been really stressed as I have a 1 year old daughter in the house. Rashid worked early morning on a weekend to make sure I get everythjng back to normal. I wish I was able to give 10 stars but google only allows to give 5. I will forever use rashid moving forward. He is the best and am grateful to have met him . 10 out of 10 recoomendation! Thank you !

I am beyond impressed with Rashid from IIR Services. My shower on the 2nd floor started to leak into my 1st floor bedroom and going into the electric switches on the wall so I started panicking. I rang IRR Services and explained the situation and Rashid arrived within the hour of my call and able to get to the root of the problem and made sure everything was safe with the electrics firstly and then sorted out the rest of the issue for me. From the initial phone call Rashid was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it efficiently. He was incredibly polite and professional, didn't make a mess, and was very reassuring throughout taking time to explain the process and why.
