This is a perfect company for a landlord like me who has properties in towns I do not live so my interactions are carried out remotely and I need companies who are reliable and efficient. Jaime even took on liaising with tenants as well as reminders of when servicing is due which is invaluable and a credit to my business helping keep myself on time and up to date.

The whole process from booking a boiler service online with Jaime to receiving the service itself and subsequent report was very easy and efficient. Jaime did a great job and is obviously very knowledgeable having made some very important observations and recommendations for my boiler and heating system. I would not hesitate in recommending Jaime and look forward to using his services again in the future.

So I booked Jaime Clifton plumbing following positive reviews on many platforms and previously being a little upset with servicing. I used his contact option on his website which easy to use. Jaime was very polite and accommodating, responding quickly. Jaime arrived on time from what was booked, he was polite and courteous. Jaime listened to previous issues I'd had and went to work. Jaime worked professionally and efficiently. He came to us with any issues or queries, cleaned after himself and rectified any issues that had happened. I had concerns over a possible leak and a rad not heating. Jaime resolved both. Will book again and will recommend.
I contacted Jaime to complete a Gas Safety Check and pre-purchase report. He was very understanding of our need for urgency with this and completed the work within a few days. Jaime has been professional and efficient and provides clear communication regarding issues and any other feedback. I will definitely be using Jaime's services again.
