Brilliant. From the initial contact, to the quote, and then the installation itself, this company has been exemplarily, I could not wish for better tradespeople. Punctual, always kept us informed, hard working, cleaned up after themselves, arranged everything related to the install. A big job to our house was made largely painful. Recommended.
Fantastic service as always ! Had a little boiler break down last Tuesday 4th Feb. A quick call to the office and within 2 hours Jim and Steve were around, little temporary fix ensuring we still had hot water. 1 week later and back today 11th February with the new part and all fixed by Jim and Steve. Top class service - Thank you.
Terrible communication and dishonest. Believe its acceptable to tell you 2 hours after they were due that they wouldn't be coming, require chasing multiple times, and try and invoice you for double the agreed amount after digitally accepting a quote. Avoid at all costs.
These are the kind of people who turn right out of McDonalds in Saltash when using their phone at the wheel. (Reported to operation SNAP - 6 points and a fine pending for B12WAV) Would never use these guys again - if they can't follow the rules I'm not sure they can be trusted to work in peoples homes
Had the guys out for a boiler service and to check a damaged gas pipe. Boiler service carried out and the repair for the gas works was assessed and booked in for the same afternoon. At a time when trades are unreliable and impossible to get round, these guys are really good. Will 100% use again in future for any plumbing work.
George and Marshall came last Wednesday to remove four radiators and install four new ones for us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. George and Marshall arrived on time and were so efficient. They were such tidy workers and even helped me to put my furniture back in place. They also organised for the old radiators to be taken away. I shall be recommending Moorland Heating to my friends.
