John was really knowledgable, friendly and willing to help/ give suggestions and advice. Initially we needed someone to reroute a gas pipe to install a new oven. I sent photos over that night and John was available to come and do the work the following morning. John was punctual and hard working. He managed to update the gas pipe so the new oven fitted and then also installed the new one (which we hadn’t discussed before but we’re very grateful for it!). We also asked if he would be able to sort our radiator in the bathroom which needed a new valve. He was able to do look at it and get the job done for us. Initially we didn’t think it had helped while he was still here and he offered to change the other valve if we wanted or if we prefered to wait and see / get it done when the boiler is changed at some point. We agreed to wait but in the few days since, the radiator has been working perfectly so definitely an added bonus! Finally, the “gas man” also did a service of our boiler. He was again efficient with it and repressurised it again making it work better for us. He recommended to us honestly that when the boiler starts causing problems not to repair it as it will start to get expensive and to change it (recommending good brands and trustworthy company’s for installation as he doesn’t do that himself!). He was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Would not hesitate to call him again if/ when we need. Thank you!

Oven ignition had stopped working. Very knowledgeable and quick service. Resolved the problem with a more effective repair than the manufacturer.

John fixed our 21 year old Range Master Cooker. We received an excellent service with the repair being completed within 24 hours of our initial enquiry. Would highly recommend.
