I recently required an annual service for my gas boiler. After searching on Google, I found a technician with excellent reviews — Three Spires — and decided to book with him. We arranged an appointment, and he attended as agreed. The service was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. Initially, I was very satisfied. However, just four days later, the boiler began leaking. I contacted him immediately, and he told me he was very busy but would come within a few days. I waited the entire week with no visit. When I called again, he assured me he would come the next day — this promise has now been repeated three times, and the boiler is still leaking. At this point, I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and reliability. I would like the issue resolved promptly, as the leak is ongoing and was not present before the service.
