The engineer attended site promptly to unblock the drains for an important client and was professional from start to finish. He was highly knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it efficiently. I can’t put into words how fantastic the service from Idris was. My friends snake (Pirate) escaped his tank and ended up in my building’s sewer system and made an appearance in my neighbours toilet. After calling several plumbers who refused to take on the job, Idris came through. He was calm, reassuring and efficient, everything you need in a stressful situation on a 34 degree day. After some intelligent thinking on his behalf he pushed Pirate to the end of the drain with his camera and used a blanket to block the pipe and soften his approximately 15 feet fall. He continue his efforts in my neighbours flat, running the taps in the hopes it would flush Pirate into the manhole, which it did! I’m incredibly grateful for the service, and the unparalleled efforts from Idris, he is genuinely a credit to the company, and I hope he receives a lot of praise! All of that for £550, once again, I can’t thank you enough. For his work I wanted to give him a tip to show my appreciation and instead asked me to donate the money to charity, what a star. I’ll definitely be recommending you in the future, and using your service for myself, hopefully for non-snake related issues!
Extremely professional and helpful people. Had a massive issue behind a wall. Didnt just fix the plumbing issue, but arranged a builder and floorer as well to sort out everything. All the guys were very knowledgable, polite and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone facing plumbing issues.

Idris came to fix a punctured water pipe on an emergency call out. He explained everything really clearly and gave us a few options on what could be done. He fixed everything up quickly and provider great service.
