Terence fixed a leak from my bathroom while I was away and had a housesitter. He was upfront about pricing and sent photos and videos to explain the problem and the parts that needed replacing. Very happy with everything.

We had an amazing experience. They have been extremely efficient and diligent going beyond whats expected. For example they offered to produce a report (free of charge) to helped us as evidence with our communication with the landlord. And on the same day!! Strongly recommend.

Terry was really friendly and did a great job in installing my dishwasher. He took care when moving things and also cleaned up afterwards.

Terence repaired the soil stack in my house which has been causing problems for months with others not willing to fix it for me. He completed the works quickly after giving me the quote and left it clean and tidy. He also sent me videos of the before and after which was useful. I contacted Terence that same evening and he called round the following morning, so I was already impressed by his prompt response. What should have been a simple job proved to be more problematical, but Terence found a solution and came back a couple of days later and sorted everything out. He was so friendly and helpful and kept me informed of when he was going to arrive etc. He carried out the work and was really clean, tidy and respectful of my property.
