Called this evening and spoke with Scott . I’ve managed to snap off the handle on the stop valve and couldn’t turn the water back on . Scott gave some very simple but effective advice “ use a pair of pliers “ it worked . He has given me a competitive price for coming to change the valve as well . Scott came out promptly as arranged and fixed a bathroom leak for me which had started dripping through the ceiling. Excellent customer service, he explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it there and then and was happy to chat about other bathroom improvements I require without trying to talk me into upgrades I didn’t need. He is very professional, down to earth and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing jobs I need.
