Householders in Birmingham needing a replacement boiler or work on tired pipework describe MG Heating as a dependable choice, with Mike named repeatedly as the person who carries out the job. Several customers mention that he handles full installations alongside repiping older systems, removing unwanted radiators and general maintenance, and that a failing Worcester unit was diagnosed and repaired the same day. One thing mentioned again and again is the clarity of the quotes: reviewers describe the pricing as fair and reasonable, with options explained before any work begins.

Communication is another recurring theme, with customers noting that Mike is responsive, professional and accommodating, and that he arrives when he says he will. Tidiness and the standard of the finished job are highlighted, including clean and efficient fitting with minimal disruption. Reviewers also appreciate his friendly manner, describing him as reliable and easy to deal with, and many say they would call on him again for future work. The swift response when customers were stuck stands out, with one account of a boiler brought back to life rather than replaced.
