Knowledgable and friendly, he resolved the issue in half an hour and explained it to me in simple terms. He was so patient fielding questions, too. And he reassured me he was available if I had anymore problems. I’ll 100% be using this company again. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Faultless service.

Had a faulty fan on an old boiler. Called Newcastle Boiler Maintenance and Masoud arrived within a couple of hours and in 30 minutes or so had fitted a replacement fan and gasket. No sales pitch,no mess ! Very reasonable price. Couple of hours later noticed a strange noise text and call later he’d diagnosed the problem and came back first thing the next day … job done! Highly recommended!!!( booked a service too!)
