Richy and his team carried out a sterling job removing our old faulty boiler and replacing it with a completely new system better suited for our household needs. His quote beat all others and his quality of work and aftercare service is second to none. Very professional, will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Richy Lamb did an excellent job at short notice, when our old Worcester boiler sprang a major leak and had to be switched off. John their service engineer called next morning to see if it could be fixed (plastic manifold), which it could and he did, but only to be defeated by the main circuit board which blew when powering up again. As it was 20 years old, not surprising. He then took photos of the system and got Richy to give me a quote for supplying and fitting a replacement Baxi combi boiler of similar type, power, capacity. Richy sent a quote by email that day and when speaking to him to discuss that evening, he managed to rearrange jobs to fit it the next day, as we had no hot water at all and no electric shower either. Fantastic service as usual from Richy’s company, boiler repaired and serviced promptly. Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and honest towards the issue with a great price for the job. Would not hesitate to recommend for both installations and repairs, as have used Richy for both.

Richie and his team installed our boiler in our old house and the quality of the work was top notch and and of the very highest quality. We continue to use Richie to service our boiler in our current house and wouldn’t go anywhere else as his work and reliability is always a priority. Richy responded, at very short notice, to a problem we had back in December when our boiler needed a replacement valve. One of his team, John, came and did the repair the same day - we were delighted with the excellent customer service we received. As the boiler was very old, we decided to arrange for Richy to come and give us an estimate to replace it. Richy and his apprentice, Leon, fitted the new boiler yesterday and completed the work today. We would highly recommend Richy and his team, they've done a fantastic job and, as before, the customer service was excellent - a rare commodity these days.

Our boiler decided to pack up on Friday evening. Messaged Richy via his website Saturday morning and received a call within 10 minutes. Gave us a very competative quote on Monday and was fully installed by Wednesday lunch time. Excellent communication, brilliant work and all round nice guy. Fully recommended!

Richy recently replaced our boiler and later returned to fit a new radiator, along with a few other smaller jobs around the house. From start to finish he was easy to contact, turned up when he said he would, and kept everything straightforward and stress-free. The work was completed to a high standard and he left everything tidy once finished. We had no problems at all throughout the process, and it was clear he takes pride in doing a proper job.
