Strathclyde Drainage is based in Glasgow and trades as Strathclyde Group Ltd. It is registered in Scotland. The company covers the whole of central Scotland on a daily basis, with all tradesmen located in the Central Belt. It serves private, business, commercial properties and local authorities. Its services include blocked drains, drain installation, CCTV inspections, plumbing services, drain testing and emergency callout. The company uses CCTV equipment for drain inspections and offers fixed prices for many of its services.

Strathclyde Drainage Services clears blockages and renews pipework for households and tenement blocks in Glasgow. Named engineers including Kieran, Ryan, Chris, David and Willie appear throughout accounts of unblocking kitchen sinks, soil pipes, outside drains and bathroom gullies, frequently arriving within the hour. A recurring theme is the thoroughness of the explanation given on site, with customers shown evidence that wastewater is moving freely again. Reviewers often mention fair, transparent costs confirmed in advance, so no unexpected charges arise. Tidiness also earns consistent praise, kitchens and bathrooms being left clean once the work finishes.

Several accounts cover bigger jobs, such as the renewal of drainage and feeder pipes serving a tenement building, and one customer describes preventative options suggested without any pressure to proceed. Communication stands out in the feedback, both when arranging a visit and after the engineer has left, alongside the friendliness of the team and the speed of each repair. Repeat custom is common, with customers stating they would make contact again should another blockage occur. Kieran in particular is credited with resolving problems that other plumbers had failed to fix.
