Superb company, had a boiler installed by them very quick and by far the cheapest. I had to do it via the top floor the team were able to do this via the roof hatch instead of scaffolding. Highly recommend them

From initial quote to dealing with the office and then the fitting I was very pleased with the service throughout. George who installed the boiler had great attention to detail and you could tell he took pride in his work. Our boiler was being moved location and all his pipework was superb. He was also more than willing to work with me to ensure the pipes were positioned best for other work that was to be carried out. There was a small issue with the boiler but he had passed me his personal number and he was back out at 7 am the following morning to make it right. Would definitely recommend and were significantly cheaper the British Gas quotes

Excellent once again. We are delighted with our new boiler & shower enclosure. This was the only company prepared to fit the above without a complete new bathroom! First call with Amy was informative & friendly, no sales pressure, reassuring me she was just a call away, big thank you for all the help. The team yesterday enthusiastic, non intrusive, completed the job despite some minor issues Best of all ; the bathroom, hall & stairwell was left immaculate, hoovering & cleaning before they left. We wish them every success.

I was apprehensive about getting a new boiler, but it had to be replaced as it was over 20 years old. I decided to contact Glasgow boiler company for a quote, and then after speaking to Anne and Angela decided to get a boiler fitted. From the start of the job to it finishing i was not disappointed. Anne was always so lovely and helpful on the phone. Angela came out to my house and explained what type of boiler would be suitable and also when I had any questions they were both very prompt in their replies. If I could give Brian the boiler man 5 plus star review I would. He went above and beyond. There was no tap to switch of my water in the house and he traced all the pipe work back, and got it switched off. He was polite, courteous and very hard working, explained everything and left absolutely no mess. The boiler was fitted in a day. I couldn’t be home for Andrew to come out the next day for my safety check, he kindly phoned a member of my family just before he arrived so they could be in my house for him arriving. Outstanding service from them all and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I would highly recommend this company. From the initial contact with Ann to Angela, we where provided with a quick service having gone over 10 days during the Xmas period with no heat or hot water. Angela was able to explain everything clearly and felt we were receiving a fair service and product. Ann was efficient in getting us all the correspondence etc and on the day of the install our engineer Adam arrived on time and was excellent. Aftercare has been great glad I used this company.

The Glasgow Boiler Company were one of 3 companies we contacted to give us a quote for replacing our 20-year-old boiler. We're still waiting on a price from one company over a month later and the other company was just a bit more expensive. Our initial survey and quotation was carried out by Angela who was super-friendly, professional and honest about what we could have given we are in a top floor flat. Ann in the office also done a great job keeping us up to date with everything & sending across any paperwork. A few weeks later and we had our install which was carried out in a matter of hours by Andrew & Paul - they arrived bang on time, got on with the job and again, done efficiently and professionally. No mess and even installed a Tado smart thermostat which I had acquired myself. Honestly, a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we now have a fresh, new boiler to see us through another cold winter! Thanks to The Glasgow Boiler Company for a first-class job. Needed a new boiler and based on the quote and how professional & helpful Angela was when she visited i decided upon using The Glasgow Boiler Company. The whole process ran extremely smoothly, from Ann in the office, Angela who came out for inspection to Patrick and Andrew who installed the boiler. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in a new boiler. Patrick and Andrew were very professional when carrying out the installation, tidied up after themselves, hassle free & explained everything clearly. Top marks !!!!!
