Tom from 24/7 fast flow plumbing responded to an emergency leak- he responded quickly , texted to tell me when he would be arriving and quickly diagnosed the problem .He was very polite and reassured my anxious 89yr old mother that he would be able to fix the issue and not leave until he had sorted it - which he did ! Would highly recommend
