The job in question was bigger than anticipated, however Deen got stuck in and didn't stop until the issue was resolved. Have to give this man his flowers. Absolute legend. Phoned him about 7pm-ish. He was at another job so he said he will be about an hr, he came around 8:30 it was getting late and dark but dean got to work straight away. He told me what it was going to cost, it was very well priced and very reasonable considering i called other companies charging double and sounded like call centres in another country. This guy was genuine, from Birmingham. Dean stated the block was so far in and i started panicking, he looked over the fence and noticed the neighbours had a manhole too and stated we needed to work from there, we notified the neighbour and went to work. Eventually to my relief, Dean got it unblocked. Charged a little extra for going into another manhole but it was understandable. Very happy with the work. Thanks mate
