Overall great and honest customer service with a lot of experience. They also didn't charge for the call out as no work was needed at the time. I will certainly be using them again in future.

This is NOT a fake review. Had this company fit a complete bathroom 5 years ago. The finish was far from perfect and after a year the floor started to bow. Over the last year we had noticed a really bad damp smell. We lifted the floor to get it replaced only to find that the toilet had had a small leak since being installed. It has caused a lot of damage to the property. I would not recommend this company. How would anyone know of a leak that is happening under a floor that has obviously been gradual over time hence the toilet not being fitted properly The photos on this review is of the quality workmanship that was provided (i love my sarcasm) Also happy to post the invoice to prove this is a genuine review. Also a new photo has been uploaded to show poor fitting of the floor. This photo was taken approximately 1 year after being fitted and so was out of the guarantee that AJ Barnes provides.
