Gas installation and central heating work in Plymouth forms the core of what customers describe, with Ashley named repeatedly across the reviews. Several accounts highlight boiler servicing and repairs, including one where a neglected Ideal boiler that kept losing hot water was given a deep service and a replacement spark generator, after which it ran without further trouble. Reviews regularly refer to the fitting of new combi boilers, thermostats and the tracing and repair of a gas leak, alongside emergency call-outs handled at short notice.

Punctuality and tidiness come up often: Ashley is described as arriving when promised, leaving the work area clean and explaining the fault clearly even when the cause was not immediately obvious. Communication before and after visits is a recurring theme, as is the value customers felt they received, with one noting the work was not overpriced. His friendly, professional manner and willingness to book future services in advance are also singled out, while Tim is credited with a swift new boiler installation.
