We have been using Atkins for our boiler servicing for the past 3 years and have always been impressed with their service. Another company has seriously messed us about and then we found Atkins, who was reliable, professional, and transparent. Ian is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain any work that needs doing. Ian fitted a new boiler for my senior citizen mum, who although is a grand age is a sharp as a tack and spot on with spotting good people. Following a few surveys and quotes from installers, my mum wanted Ian to do the job. Ian was transparent and fair, with no pressure from the get go. He is skilled, honest and professional, which hard to find these days.He also called after instalment to go through next steps and future servicing. We would highly recommend Ian, 110%!

Highly recommend Ian! He was super understanding of our situation. He was able to come out twice short notice and sort out the problems we were having with hot water and the boiler. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely reasonable. He sorted a replacement part quickly and cheaply and we will use him again going forward.

Ian fitted a new Worcester bosch boiler for us in January, with a ten year warrenty, after the old one went kaput. Really pleased, half the running cost of the old one. Felt comfortable with him straight away, no hard sell, very knowledgeable. Good price. He's our go to family plumber now. Thanks Ian.
