Rang Muhammad after seeing his incredible reviews as my boiler had been leaking whilst I was away and had been switched off for a while to avoid damage. He made me feel extremely comfortable on the phone and took the time to talk me through everything before even coming round and there was no pressure at any point to proceed. I could immediately tell that he was trust worthy and took extreme pride in his work. He was round within a few hours to diagnose the issue and made sure to show me exactly what part was affected and thoroughly educated me on the issue at hand - he even let me have a look myself so I could have complete transparency! As a woman, this was extremely important as it can be typical for other services to take advantage of the lack of knowledge but Muhammad was not like that whatsoever and I would recommend him to anyone! Parts were ordered speedily from diagnosis and was booked in for repair at the soonest possible slot. Repair was fast and executed perfectly with care, even checking everything before leaving to make sure it was safe and working correctly. Absolute stand up guy and would advise anyone with boiler issues to head straight his way ☺️
Muhammad is an Absolute Legend! Called at 8pm at night about a bird stuck behind fireplace. Muhammad gave us a price and confirmed he could do the job within minutes via text and then within an hour he was here, fireplace out and bird removed. Excellent Service and Communication! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top service. Boiler had no hot water but heating was working. Mohammed fixed it all within a few hours of my first call at a reasonable price for the speed. Recommend for any emergency boiler work!
