Genuinely cannot emphasise how terrible this company was. I needed new gas pipes and I was told they would be there at 9:30am on a Monday. I took the day off work to wait for them. At 11:30am I chased them up, and they said they would be dalyed to 1:30pm. At 5pm, I give up. I then get a call saying that they didn't attend because they couldn't contact me/I was unavailable. I'd been waiting on them ALL DAY. They then admitted that they didn't have the parts needed that day, so would be there between 8-9am tomorrow. At 9am someone phones me to say they're at my door. They are not. They get annoyed at me for not answering my doorbell. They are at the wrong address. When they get to the right address, they test my boiler/gas meter and tell me their colleague with the new pipes is stuck in traffic and will be there soon. The colleague arrives 90 minutes later. I ended up having to take 1.5 days off work for what ended up being not even a 2hour job. Ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere.

Ahmed arrived promptly, he was very polite, professional and friendly. He was able to immediately source the cause of the problem and resolved it quickly and thoroughly. It was a pleasure to meet Ahmed and his work is excellent.

Had a gas emergency, was here with in the hour. Was quick and arrived with in 30 minutes. Resolved my gas pipe issue with in an hour and resolved my issue. I would highly recommend
