She realised my in-laws were old and without their a/c hot days were intolerable. Yet the following day her engineer, Vance, visited them and managed to get two of them working again, an electrical fault with the third needs further attention. I contacted Chiswell Heating to put in a new boiler and other works on my new kitchen. I am delighted with the work they have done, nothing was too much of a problem for them. Each member of the plumbing team were friendly and helpful. The admin team in the office were really lovely and quick to answer any questions I had from the plumbing team. Excellent experience with Chiswell Heating after returning from our holiday to find our boiler had broken down. They came out within a day to do an emergency repair which kept our hot water and heating going long enough to book in for a replacement boiler. The team were great and the new boiler was installed with no fuss. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thanks!
